The Egger-Lienz Halls of Residence offer you an ideal home during your study period.
The Egger-Lienz Halls of Residence are run by Salzburgꞌs Association for Help to Students (Salzburger Studentenhilfsverein.) For us it is important to have a good atmosphere, a climate of mutual respect and a sense of being together; we maintain a good sense of community, valuing cleanliness and safety/security. Here is where you will find the necessary peace and quiet to live and to study, and also the opportunity to make contacts with other students.
Our rooms and apartments are fully furnished and equipped to a top level. You can move in straightaway and do not need to make any larger purchases. Safety and security are significant concerns for us. That is why you can only gain access to our building with a key. Students from Austria and abroad, as well as from the broadest range of student faculties, live in our facilities.

Rooms & Prices
Included in the usage fee: Parking space, covered bike-stands outside the building, lockable bicycle cellar, TV and internet connection.
You can use the washroom (washing machines and driers), in addition to the drying room, subject to a small fee.
Barrier-free rooms: The general-access parts of the building, in addition to one apartment, are arranged completely without barriers.

Begegnungszone mit moderner Bar und gemütlichem Sitzbereich. Wer eine Pause oder Abwechslung vom Studieren braucht findet dort eine TV-Ecke, einen Wuzzel-Tisch, einen Tischtennistisch und Gesellschaftsspiele. Von der dort befindlichen Terrasse gelangst Du direkt in unseren großen Park.
Großer Park: Eine eigene große Grünfläche, ruhig gelegen, liegt hinter dem Haus.
Dachterrasse zum Entspannen: Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Festung, die Stadt und die umliegenden Berge.
Event location
Unser Veranstaltungsraum bietet Platz für ca. 100 Personen und kann auch extern gemietet werden.
Eine eingerichtete Gastronomieküche sowie unser moderner Bar-Bereich vor dem Raum können mitbenutzt werden.
Ausstattung: Beamer mit Leinwand, Tische mit Stühlen, Musikanlage, Klavier, Kleine Gastroküche.
